The 'Russian Roulette' singer is not satisfied with being a globe-conquering pop star and is ready to turn her attention to the screen in 2010.
She said: "There is so much I want to do. I would love to try my hand at acting. I just want to keep getting better."
Rihanna, 21, is also keen to get involved with fashion and is keen to design her own clothing range.
The pop beauty - who is renowned for her daring and racy choice of outfits - added: "I'll hopefully be making movies and having something to do with fashion as well as making music in years to come."

As well as her acting plans, Rihanna has made a number of other resolutions for the coming year.
Her priority is to correct her horrendous time-keeping.

Warren Beatty has bedded around 12,775 women—which means bedroom action with one girl for every day of his 35-year bachelorhood, according to a new tell-all book. The ‘Bonnie And Clyde’ star has been linked to stars from Joan Collins, 76, to 51-year-old Madonna.
In the book, titled ‘Star: How Warren Beatty Seduced America’, author Peter Biskind has claimed that Beatty is still reluctant to kiss-and-tell about his sexual escapades. "12,775 women, give or take, a figure that does not include daytime quickies, drive-bys, casual gropings, stolen kisses and so on,” the New York Post quoted Biskind as saying.
However, Beatty did talk about a few of his famous conquests – and they spilt the beans on him. On meeting him Jane Fonda, 72, said she “thought he was gay”, but despite this, the pair soon got together. “Oh my God. We kissed until we had practically eaten each other’s heads off,” Warren told Biskind.
He later dropped Fonda for Collins, and the two became an inseparable, insatiable couple. Another lover, supermodel Janice Dickinson, 54, said she woke in the night to find Warren admiring himself in the mirror. The book revealed that in 1965 Beatty first spotted gorgeous English actress, Julie Christie, and she was an Oscar contender for her lead role in "Darling."
And actress Leslie Caron, another of Beatty's longtime loves, told Biskind: "Warren has an interesting psychology. He always falls in love with girls who have won or been nominated for an Academy Award." Beatty and Christie had a long, passionate, often turbulent relationship -- mostly due to Beatty's chronic inability to be faithful.
Then Beatty had cast Madonna in the role of Breathless Mahoney in 1990's ‘Dick Tracy,’ which he was both directing and starring in, and he locked onto the pop star as his latest conquest. But, Madonna turned out to be more than he bargained for. "Beatty, a man who was accustomed to being worshipped by women, was on dangerous ground with Madonna," wrote Biskind.

Top Chef host/model Padma Lakshmi recently sat down with Jimmy Fallon last month to talk about her pregnancy and the TC finale show, but did she spill the beans on the sex of her baby?
Always a great interview, Padma, 38, commented about her growing body parts, saying, “I’ve read that my uterus is the size of a basketball!”
At the 4:05/5:06 countdown mark of the video, Jimmy asks, What’s happening with the baby now?” Padma started to answer and then seemed to catch herself after a few words. This led to some awkwardness, saying, “She was kicking…uh…..he was kicking….I’m not saying which one……I use she and he intermittently!”
Padma has not yet announced who the father of the baby girl…i mean baby boy is. (I use baby girl and baby boy intermittently!)
Supermodel Cindy Crawford, who is happily married to Rande Gerber, wants men to flirt with her irrespective of her marital status.
"I really don't get any of those old chat up lines - any at all actually. It's actually sad and a bit of a shame because it's nice to flirt," said Crawford, 45, who has two children - Presley, 10, and eight-year-old Kaia.
She recently said her personality has been affected by the ageing process and that she doesn't believe people find her as attractive as earlier, reports contactmusic.com.
"Age can be daunting, but you can't stop it. I know 20-year-old guys don't look at me any more. I don't feel it like I used to. I remember walking down streets in New York at the height of my modelling career, my hair up, and all the construction guys would go crazy. It's different now," she said.
